Joan Florence Lavaughn (Crouse) Stanborough of Chesley, formerly of Hanover, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 in her 67th year.
Loving mother of Ken Algate (Sherry Smith) of Wallaceburg, Terri Algate (Jeromy Stevens) of Hanover, Chris Algate (Petra Ohls) of Guelph and Amanda (Trevor) Sills of Hanover. Joan will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Ben, Kaylah, Kady, Jacob, Emmy, Ali and Ben. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Hugh, Alex, Paul, Alvin, Ruth, Faye and Johnny. Joan was predeceased by her brothers Ronnie, Kenny, Michael, Steven, Harvey, Jr., and her parents Leonard and Edith Crouse.
A private family gathering will be held.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
