Kenneth Alfred Friar of R.R. #3 Paisley, passed away at Maple Court, Walkerton, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in his 87th year.
Loving father of Pat (Brian) Metcalfe of Mildmay, Cindy (Rob) Reisz of Kitchener, Mike (Lisa) Friar of Roslin, and Nancy (Doug) Robinson of Francis Lake. Grandfather of Kalena (Tyson), Krissy (Justin), Keira, Callum, Tess, Danielle (Matt), Julie (Scott), Cyndi (Jake), and great-grandfather of Halle, Max, Rhett, Aspen, Grayson, Oliver, Isabelle, and Samantha. Dear brother of Joan (Barry) MacPherson of Hanover and Marilyn (Murray) Sinclair of Parksville, B.C. Ken was predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret (Walker) Friar.
A funeral service celebrating Ken’s life will be held at Paisley Missionary Church on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 1 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Spring interment in Paisley Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Paisley Missionary Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
