Patrick Macdonald of Chesley, formerly of Bolton, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in his 85th year.

Loving father of Scott (Karen) of Lisle, Sandra (Mike) Lamb of Egbert, Ian (Shelley) of Toronto and father-in-law of Ben Steffen of Caledon East. He will be sadly missed by his thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and sister Doreen Shropshire of Orillia. Patrick was predeceased by his wife Janet, daughters Michele Guthrie and Susan Macdonald, son Edward Macdonald, brothers Ross and Edward, sisters MaryAnne Hammond and Joan Barrie and his parents Angus and Martha (Beck) Macdonald.

Cremation has taken place and further services will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to Society of Saint Vincent de Paul would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
