William Ronald Fredrick Stade of Chesley, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Saturday, November 7, 2009 in his 76th year.
Loving husband of Betty. Cherished father of Ritchard Taylor and his partner John Thomas of Burlington, Lynda Taylor of Lucknow, Mike Taylor and his wife Laurie Sway of Goderich, Duane Stade and his wife Theressa of Chesley and Sherry Stade of Kincardine. Ron will be missed by his grandchildren, Jean, Joann, John, Ronald, Alynn, Amandalee, Tammy, Nathan, Rachel, Paul, Kyle, Vanessa, Josh, Jodie, Christopher, Sarah, Shantal and Emma. Loving great grandfather to Steven, Samantha, Jasmine, Shailyn, Terrance, Auzriel and Dominick. He will be fondly remembered by his sisters Virginia Evans of Guelph and Marilyn (Cliff) Strucke of Chesley. Predeceased by his granddaughter Maryanne Kramer and his parents, Henry and Margaret (Dean) Stade.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley (formerly Cameron Funeral Home) on Tuesday from 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Chesley on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment in Chesley Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Kramer, Dan Gowan, Bob Spore, Vince Wyant, Jeff Yule and John VanEeken. Flowerbearers were Jodie Stade, Shantal Stade, Karen Fischer and Brenda Dent.
Memorial donations to the Chesley Medical Clinic, Canadian Cancer Society or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
