Once Nathan has been in touch with your family for the very first time we will, if at all possible, deliver a form to you and your family to review and begin to complete. This Letter of Introduction will give you a “heads up” as to what the following few days will comprise of and what some of our expectations are of you. More importantly, it will also give you a greater sense of what you can expect from us.

Please know that it is our intent to help your family through this difficult time and Nathan can always be reached on his cell phone at (519) 379-1095 or [email protected]. As we progress through the next several days together it is our responsibility to inform you and your family of your options and to help you organize and celebrate your loved one’s life in a way that fits your individual family’s needs.

This Letter of Introduction was created to help your family prepare for our upcoming meeting and therefore allow us to spend more time focusing on celebrating your loved one’s life. Please do not worry if you cannot locate all of the items listed, as they can always be collected later.

What to Expect When You Arrive at the Funeral Home

Nathan will guide you, step by step, through the entire arrangement process, explaining how you can create a memorable personal celebration of your loved one’s life. However, this is not a one-way conversation. We want to hear your ideas and desires, they help us craft a meaningful experience.
