Beatrice Jean Krauter of Durham, formerly of R.R. #3 Elmwood, passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Friday, February 18, 2011 in her 92nd year.
Loving mother of Gerald of Hanover, David (Susan Adams) of Durham, Evelyn (Ken) Lowe of R.R. #3 Chesley, Allan (Bev) of R.R. #3 Elmwood and Mary (Bruce) MacDonald of Ayton. Beatrice will be sadly missed by her nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is fondly remembered by her sisters, Hazel Switzer and Doris (Duncan) McDougall all of Hanover. Predeceased by her first husband Willard Krauter, second husband Ross McNally, daughter Marjorie in infancy, brothers Cliff and Wilbur Bailey, sisters Marjorie Bailey and Ruth Brown and her parents, Alfred and Mary (Wise) Bailey.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley, on Monday, February 21, 2011 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Spring interment in Elmwood United Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Elmwood United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
