Dale Allen Metzger of Ayton, formerly of R.R. #4 Hanover, passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in his 74th year.
Loving brother of Verna (Harry) Philipp of Bancroft, Ruth (Donald) Allen of Hanover, Don of Nanton, Alberta, Robert of Elmwood, Linda of Meaford, Barb (Brad) Leifso of Walkerton and Dennis of Owen Sound. Dale will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Larry, sister Brenda Fox of Leamington, sister-in-law Sandy Metzger of Elmwood and his parents, Otto and Pearl (McFarland) Metzger.
A private family memorial service will take place at a later date. Inurnment in Hanover Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Grey Bruce Health Services would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
