Helga Irma Inge Weddig of Hanover, passed away at Hanover & District Hospital on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in her 72nd year.

Beloved mother of Bodo and his wife Angie of Chesley, Anke Weddig and her partner Delon Smitten of Oakville and Roland of Hanover. Helga will be sadly missed by her brother Gunter Hofschild of Germany and brother-in-law Wolf (Pam) Weddig of Huntsville. Predeceased by her husband William, son Landolf and her parents, Ernst & Irmgard (Treubig) Hofschild.

Family and friends were invited to a reception celebrating Helga’s life at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 2 – 4 p.m. Interment in Douglas Hill Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Hanover & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
