Imelda Doretta Elizabeth (Klages) Knapp of Hanover, formerly of R.R. #4 Chesley, passed away at Village Seniors Community, Hanover on Saturday, January 29, 2011 in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of Wallace. Loving mother of Sharron Moore (Leo Beaulac) of St. Jacob’s, Dwight (Marg) of London, Tom of Hanover and May Gagne (Bob MacLean) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Greg, Dwayne, Lisa, Joe, Rosemary, Kelly, Heather, Chenelle, Kayla, Kyle, Mary and May as well as three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son John, daughter-in-law Alison, sisters Sybila Huber, Florence Walker and her parents, George and Nora (Weppler) Klages.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Monday from 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Chesley on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in Cedardale Cemetery, Sullivan Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Chesley Medical Clinic or Youth for Christ would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
