John Van Roode of Chesley, formerly of Cargill, passed away at Elgin Abbey, Chesley on Friday, May 7, 2021 in his 85th year.
Loving father of John (Noela) of Walkerton, Joanne (Tim) Lippert of Cargill, Mark (Papi) of Paisley, and Jennifer (Pete) Terwoord of B.C. He was also a cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. John will be lovingly remembered by his dear friend Andrea White. He was predeceased by son, Randall (2019)
A private family graveside service will be held at Douglas Hill Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce – South Build would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
