Marcella Hilda Godin of Chesley, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Friday, March 25, 2011 in her 73rd year.

Beloved wife of the late Edward Godin. Cherished mother of Jane and Susan Godin, both of Chesley. Loving sister of Luella (Bruce) McCagg of Ottawa. Marcella will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Emma Marquardt, Stella Hiderman and Hazel Lambert, brothers Clifford and Russell Buelow and her parents, John and Agnes (Soike) Buelow.

Visitation was held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Monday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. with C.W.L. prayers at 6:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass celebrating Marcella’s life was held at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Chesley on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in Chesley Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
