I’m so saddened to hear of Mel’s passing. Deepest condolences to Lena, Sam and the rest of the family. I will miss seeing him working in the fields – such a hard working farmer, committed to his family and his crops. His passing will leave a huge absence in your family and your community.

Dear Lena and family, our sincere condolences to each of you. We always enjoyed having our conversations with Melvin over the years. Whether is was on the 2nd Conc of Elderslie or on the 4th of Elderslie. He took pride in what he did and that was very obvious. We will miss seeing him in the garden when we come for our produce this summer. May your memories give you peace and may he Rest In Peace.
