Reta Emily Priebe of Walkerton, formerly of Chesley, passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Thursday, August 6, 2015 in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of the late William Priebe (2000). Reta was born in Sullivan Township, daughter of the late Joseph and Florence (Maginn) Corlett. Dear mother of Linda (Brian) Daub and Morris (Mary), all of Stratford and Murray (Wendy) of Kitchener. Grandmother of Danielle, Robert and Steven (Katie) and great-grandmother of Parker, Savannah and Megan. Dear sister of Audrey Craig of Chesley and sister-in-law of Ross Priebe of London and Elaine Kirkconnell of Listowel. Reta will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families, as well as her granddogs, MacKenzie and Molly. She was predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Henry and Caroline Priebe; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Norman and Emily Priebe; brother-in-law Clarence Craig; nephew and his wife, Jim and Shirley Craig and nephew-in-law Harold Davey.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment in Chesley Cemetery.
