Robert Peter Caron of Hanover, formerly of Elmwood, passed away at the Village Seniors’ Community, Hanover on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in his 79th year.
Beloved husband of Sandy (Hawley). Loving father of Jeff and his wife Elizabeth of Kincardine and Mark and his wife Sheri-Lyn of Wasaga Beach. Dear grandfather of Catlyn, Hannah, Cody and Jared. Bob will be fondly remembered by his siblings, Betty Patterson of Collingwood, Virginia Griesbach of Kitchener, Denise (Jack) Kenwell of Barrie, Ed (Judy) of Orillia, John (Anna) of Kitchener and Don (Pat) of Wasaga Beach; sister-in-law Ollie Caron of Collingwood. Dearly beloved brother-in-law of Cheryl (Bruce) Norman of Cambridge. Predeceased by his brother Paul, sister Louise Mallison and his parents, Maurice and Nancy (McIntyre) Caron.
Visitation will be held at Grace United Church, Hanover on Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12 noon. Inurnment in Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Elmwood United Church or Saugeen Villa Resident’s Council would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
