Survived by usual suspects; beloved Linda Tompkins. Cherished children, Mabel & Mohamed, Sylas & Megan, Zoe, Vincent & Stephanie, and grandson Austin. Brothers Thomas, John & Lynda, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended families Halpins, Tompkins, Fredericksons, cherished pet cat Courage, and many friends. Tobey was predeceased by his parents, Leslie & Mary Soper, son Kevin, and many friends.

Cremation has taken place, with an inurnment to follow in Chesley Cemetery on Friday, November 4, 2022, at 3 p.m. All are welcome! A celebration of Tobey’s life will be held in the future.

Memorial donation to GBFS Endowment Fund would be appreciated by the family.
