It’s definitely a big loss, and my thoughts are with Zoe, and her beloved family. May nice memories of Tobey, bring peace into your hearts. There is no end for the love between a father and his children.

Toby has been a wonderful neighbor to us. We will miss his kindness and sincerity. We are thinking of all of you at this time.

Tobey and I were best friends from K-5 when we moved away and we lost touch. He taught me how to ride a bicycle. I have strong and fond memories of him and Tom. The peace of Jesus be with you all.

I am sad to hear of Toby passing. My condolences to his family. He was a good friend when we were younger. We have lost a good man way too early.
